Rick Holt – President, APTUS Financial

As the President and co-founder of APTUS Financial, Rick is responsible for the growth and overall leadership of the organization.  Having completed a dozen acquisitions in the last five years and establishing a national sales presence, Rick guided the company to $20 million in annual revenue in just a few short years. Rick also has comprehensive budget and P&L responsibilities and is charged with developing operational models and sales programs that maximize productivity while controlling costs.

Rick’s background includes executive level management positions at Nextel Communications. Most recently, he was a Vice President at E*TRADE Access, responsible for sales and distribution throughout North America. Rick also held management positions with the wireless division of US West in the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest.  In 2005, Rick was awarded the Business Journals “40 under 40″ award.

Rick currently serves on the board of directors for APTUS, Adrun Media, a Los Angeles based Application Service Provider and for TFG Card Solutions, a Portland based Payroll Debit Card company. Rick has a BA from the University of Washington.

Jeremy Inman – Executive Vice President/COO, APTUS Financial

As the executive vice president of operations for APTUS Financial, Jeremy Inman is responsible for supporting the corporate strategy in all aspects of sales, operations and product development. The procurement of new sales channels, operational efficiencies and the development of strategic partners are critical to the operational success of APTUS Financial. Jeremy has overall ATM customer support and partner management responsibilities and is charged with managing systems platforms, reporting, contract administration, M&A procurement and integration and maintaining and balancing the operational budget.

Jeremy’s background includes positions at Card Capture Services, where he managed and supported customer service, processing and installations, and three major sales channels. Jeremy was director of cash management and project manager at E*TRADE Access, responsible for managing more than $30 million in ATM cash across North America. Jeremy has also led teams of employees responsible for the deployment and management of ATMs for several large retailers.

Jeremy Inman is an active leader in the automated teller machine industry. He is currently serving as a member of the ATMIA IAD Committee, and is also a member of the ATMIA ATM Security Committee.  Jeremy also is Co-Founder and sits on the Board of TFG Card Solutions, Inc., a Portland based Payroll Debit Card company, and is a Co-Founder  and managing partner of Leaning Rock Financial Services, LLC, a Native American Corporation that provides cash delivery and ATM solutions for the gaming industry

Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Portland State University.
